Your effort to disseminate information is really generous because it isa very useful tool for practicing physicians of the underdevelopped world too.
It could help the reccomendation to humidfy the infected rooms where warm air leaves humidity in roofs: It would decrease the shrinking and dissication of expelled droplets and avoid inspissation of receptor protective mucus reducing the time of clearance of inhaled particles. (It is simple, cheap and could help)

Dear Sir
I wish to submit a correction to my previous commentary: I meant that humidity should be restored in every closed ambitus where air conditioning or calefaction produces dry air, i.e.: halls, cinemas, schools, homes, vehicles, etc. not only in the obviously “infected” but even in those where shedding of contaminated particles by pauci or asymptomatic carriers could occur.(1,2)

I agree with Dr pantin about the usefulness of the NEJM being free for Argentina. we can learn a lot of medicine. We need solid information about H1N1 flu (clinical trials) so that we can offer our patients the best. Thank you!
